Charters and pricing

Choose your charter

Every trip includes fishing gear, bait, light refreshments and a toilet on board. Shared trips are booked by the seat; a private charter gives your group the whole boat.

Snapper Charter

5 hours · up to 8 guests · October – January

In season now

Spring and summer snapper season on the bay. Big reds are the target and the evening slot can run when conditions allow.

View trip

Per-person prices are for one seat on a shared trip. Trips need 6 guests on board to run, so smaller bookings are combined with other guests on the same departure.

Whole-boat prices cover the whole boat for your group, up to the stated capacity. Whole-boat hire is subject to availability and agreement.

“From” pricing is the starting price for each trip. The crew confirms the exact price for your date and group when they contact you.

Departure times

Three trips a day, seven days a week

  • Midday · 10:30am – 3:30pm

  • Evening · 4:00pm – 9:00pm

    Seasonal and daylight-saving periods only

Departure times for private trips are agreed with your group.

What’s included

  • Fishing gear — rods, reels and tackle
  • Bait
  • Light refreshments
  • Toilet on board

What to bring

  • Clothing to suit the season — it is cooler on the water
  • Non-slip shoes, ideally heavy-duty rubber soles
  • Sunglasses and a hat
  • Your own food and snacks — only light refreshments are provided
  • An esky to take your catch home. Leave it in your car, as space on board is limited
  • A current Victorian Recreational Fishing Licence (purchase before the trip)

Plastic bags and fishing reels are provided, so there is no need to bring these unless you have a favourite reel you would like to use.

Deposits, weather and cancellations

A 50% deposit by bank transfer secures your booking: 7 days before departure for individual seats, 14 days before for group bookings. The balance is paid in cash on the day or by bank transfer the day before.

We fish rain, hail or shine and only cancel when conditions are a safety concern. If the boat cannot leave the marina, your trip is rebooked. Weather is advised the day before your trip.

Cancellations the day before and no-shows on the day are non-refundable. Everyone fishing needs a current Victorian Recreational Fishing Licence.

How it works

What the day looks like

  1. Step 1: Choose your trip

Pick a charter, a preferred date and how many are coming, then send us a booking request. It takes a minute.

  2. Step 2: We confirm the details

The crew calls or emails to confirm your date, meeting point and departure time. A 50% deposit by bank transfer locks it in.

  3. Step 3: Meet the crew and head out

Arrive 15 minutes early, meet the crew at the marina and head out on the bay. Gear and bait are ready on board.
